Macro-concept of RSM's new way of working

RSM is a global network of insurance, tax and advisory firms focused on the middle market.

RSM management is planning to implement a new way of working for their Zaventem site with a view to :

• Creating workspaces that reflect the company’s values and objectives.
• To provide the best possible support for the activities of the various employees and businesses of today and tomorrow.
• To make ourselves more modern and sustainable.
• Stand out from the crowd.

As part of our assignment, we began by analysing their way of working. We then defined the vision, ambition and framework for their new way of working. What activities do we do, where and why? What atmosphere do we want, in which areas, and why? Finally, we were able to estimate the budget for this implementation.
