ORES moved from a traditional to a flexible, activity-based way of working. OOO was asked to help ORES define a future way of working that radiates what ORES stands for, and that brings alive the values and strategy of the company both in behaviour and design, and to implement the future workstyle for both field workers and administrative employees. Staff moved from Tournai to a new operations office situated in Leuze-en-Hainaut.
OOO was responsible for the creation of macro and micro layouts, made-to-measure furniture, mood boards, signage and choice of materials and furniture, budget estimations of the interior design & follow-up of interior works.
For the construction of the passive building OOO collaborated with the architects Meunier-Westrade.
First collaboration and first impression: OOO listened to its client in an active and challenging manner. OOO has endeavored to identify the major needs of ORES in order to offer it an appropriate response. The collaboration with the Design & Build team allowed a result which is now fully appreciated by users.
