Silversquare Stéphanie
Elevating coworking in Brussels
Context
In 2016, Silversquare, a leading coworking provider in Belgium, expanded its presence by opening a third hub at Place Stéphanie in Brussels. The objective was to replicate the innovative and futuristic coworking concept previously implemented at Avenue Louise in 2014, offering a cohesive experience across locations.
Challenge
The task was to design a 1,750 m² space that not only mirrored the avant-garde aesthetic of the Avenue Louise site but also catered to the unique dynamics of the Place Stéphanie locale. This involved creating an environment that fosters productivity, collaboration, and reflects the vibrant energy of the surrounding district.
Solution
Out Of Office undertook a comprehensive interior architecture project, encompassing:
- Macro and Micro Layouts: Strategically planning the spatial organization to enhance workflow and interaction.
- Custom-Made Furniture: Designing bespoke pieces that align with Silversquare's brand identity and functional requirements.
- Material Selection and Mood Boards: Curating materials and aesthetics that evoke a modern yet welcoming atmosphere.
- Signage and Lighting: Implementing clear signage and optimal lighting solutions to improve navigation and ambiance.
- Budget Estimation and Construction Oversight: Providing financial planning and supervising the construction to ensure the project remained on schedule and within budget.
This collaborative effort ensured the new coworking space met the high standards set by Silversquare and resonated with its diverse member base.
Result
The result is a state-of-the-art coworking environment at Silversquare Stéphanie, seamlessly blending innovative design with functionality. The space has become a vibrant hub for professionals, fostering creativity and community in one of Brussels' most prestigious areas.

Innovative spaces designed for dynamic professionals.
"The first collaboration of Silversquare with Out Of Office has brought us a complete change of perspective on the way we would provide coworking to our member community, which would enable us to outgrow our national competitors at the time. This was 2014, and our collaboration led us to work on 4 wonderful coworking projects with Anouk and Coline : Silversquare Louise, Silversquare Europe, Silversquare Stéphanie and Silversquare Luxembourg. On top of the excellent work we did together, we had a great time - an aspect often forgotten, but a key success factor according to us."
