RSM
Shaping a future-ready workplace through change management
Context
RSM, a leading global network in audit, tax, and consulting, wanted to adopt a new way of working at its Zaventem site. The goal was to modernize the workspaces to better reflect the company’s values, support current and future activities, and stand out through an innovative and sustainable approach.
Challenge
The transition to a more modern and flexible work model required a strategic reflection on activity organization, space needs, and new work dynamics. The challenge was to define a clear vision aligned with RSM’s culture, while addressing performance, collaboration, and employee well-being.
Solution
Out Of Office supported RSM by conducting an in-depth organizational analysis and developing a macro concept for their future way of working:
- Analysis of existing workflows: observation of processes and identification of bottlenecks.
- Definition of a future vision of work: creation of a conceptual framework aligned with company strategy and values.
- Identification of key activities: highlighting actual team needs and ways of working.
- Development of a spatial macro concept: defining key design principles to support the new work dynamics.
- Budget estimation: providing a clear financial overview to ensure project feasibility.
This approach laid the foundation for an evolving, human-centered work environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
Result
RSM Zaventem now has a clear and structured vision for evolving its workspaces toward a more agile model aligned with long-term ambitions. The macro concept developed by Out Of Office serves as a solid base for the next phases of the project.
