Context
The Domaine de Graux, located in Tournai, is a regenerative farm certified organic since 2011, committed to agroecology and reconnecting with nature. Founded in 1492, it spans 120 hectares of crops, orchards, vegetable gardens, and livestock. Its mission is based on four pillars: sustainable food production, fostering an engaged community, co-creation research, and promoting a strong connection between the land and the plate. As a key player in sustainable agriculture in Belgium, it combines responsible production and innovation to preserve biodiversity and soil health.
