Budget optimisation, for a new, more user-friendly office

HLC is a strategy consultancy specialising in public policy issues.

HLC moved into new premises. From a space delivered “casco”, OOO had to provide efficient and rapid solutions, while optimizing the budget. The goal was to have a more friendly place to welcome customers and employees. A workspace based on activity based working, with areas for anchoring, relaxing, meeting, sharing, as well as a library. We also created a collaborative space that allows for small events to take place.

OOO was responsible for the creation of macro and micro layouts, made-to-measure furniture, mood boards, and choice of materials and furniture, budget estimations of the interior design.
