The mission

You want to participate in the design of large-scale interior development project? You want to participate (junior) / manage (medior) in the management of the project from the design phase to the tender and site follow-up phases – being creative and able to translate the needs and concept into micro plans – supervising the planning – estimating budgets from the feasibility and design stages – following up and coordinating studies with all the offices – drafting and following up the calls for tenders – direct and permanent customer contact? Your profile

• Architect, Interior Designer or Engineer
• Between 1 and 5 years experience in the field of architecture or project management
• At least 1 experience in site supervision (as a junior) and at least 2 experience in site management (as a medior) 
• Strong skills in Autocad LT
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office. Excel essential
• Experience in office design is a plus
• Knowledge in the NWoW is a plus 
• Able to work alone and in a team
• Autonomous and curious (able to take initiative)
• Organizational, coordination and communication skills
• Solution-oriented  
• Reliable and rigorous 
• Bilingual French/Dutch or English
• Flexible and available at short notice
