The mission
You want to participate in the design of large-scale interior development project? You want to manage the execution from design to creation and reception phases – being creative and able to draw the translation of the needs and the concept into the micro plans – supervise the planning – estimate the budget at the sketch, feasibility and tender stage – follow and coordinate studies with all offices – do the follow up of both construction works and financial aspects – write and follow calls for tenders ? You want to work as a team player with the PMs of the Change part and the customers? You want to be valued for your talent, out of the box thinking and your initiatives? Join our team!
Your profile
- Architect or Interior Designer
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the follow up in workplace design
- Strong skills in Autocad LT and Sketchup
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in the NWoW is a plus
- M&E knowledge
- Creative and passionate about design and estheticism
- Team player but also able to work independently
- Organizational, coordination and communication skills
- Solutions oriented
- Reliable and rigorous
- Bilingual French/Dutch or English
- Flexible and available at short notice
